About "Japanese Trawler"
This Japanese trawler landed in trouble and was grounded on Clifton Beach Cape Town South Africa. This Trawler was eventually towed back out to sea. It created much debate and interest in South Africa.
Born in 1967 in Delmas (Mpumalanga), Francois Jooste had no formal training but showed an early talent for drawing and painting. He grew-up in Mapumalanga and moved to Pretoria in 1988. When he won an art competition in 2001 with his first painting ever, he pursued his love of painting.
