About "Aquarius"

This piece is part of a series of twelve illustrations depicting the twelve signs of the zodiac using fantasy inspired figures, and celtic knotwork for the borders. I was kind of bored with the traditional method of illustrating the zodiac.

About Nina

I work in most media, and have been developing my skills and personal style over the past 15-20 years. In the last couple of years my work has been influenced by fantasy and Celtic knot work, I specialize in realistic portraiture, as well as stylized work. I work on commission basis, as well as freelance.

Exhibitions

Took part in an exhibition while living abroad. It was called “Dig og din Kunst, D.O.K” or ”Art and you”. This was in 1999.

Also appeared as guest in a live exhibition for the Kolding Art School in Denmark in 2002. This exhibition was hanging work as well as slide shows.
