About "Dubrovnik"

Dubrovnik is very special to me and to wander around the majestic walls of the old castle and to touch the walls and colors of 2800 years old is amazing. I did not paint until I was 55 years old I just took photographs. What I did not realize, my brain rememberd all colours and details that got me started.
Remember every pic u take. look at it, there is a picture within every picture, just find it!

About Emilio

I am 66 years old. I have never studied art or painting. I am a self-taught musician, songwriter, photographer, and tour guide, having the opportunity to travel, see, observe and remember. Returning from Croatia in 2012 I started drawing and upon inspiration of my wife I painted a windmill and the love affair started. My work flows from my memory onto canvas. My inspiration is creation in all its wonder. My driving force is color and vibrancy.
To paint is a new dimension of expression for which I am truly thankful.
