Reference Green pastures earrings About "Green Pastures Earrings" It's difficult to describe the magnificent colour and brilliance of these green amethyst stones. They are somewhere between a light, transparent mint green, with subtle tones of light blues and olive greens. Someone once told me that the stones reminded her of the clear, tranquil, azure water of a gently flowing stream. This suits the description. Initially, I searched for gemstones that were similar in colour to my two kitty cat's eyes...beautiful light transparent green and the other beautiful transparent blue green. I found the perfect gemstones and these green amethysts are the very ones. The pear shape has been my long time personal favourite, with the octagon shape not far behind. Both exude timeless elegance and are an extraordinary match in these delicate, double galleried, handmade claw set earrings. I would happily wear these during the day with smart casual attire as well as with elegant evening wear. God and Jesus are prevalent in my designs and art works and the colour of these green amethysts best describe the colour of the green pastures that God and Jesus have brought me to. Each earring weighs 0.05 grams, including the gemstones. |
