About "Tides" This piece was created to reflect the grace of a woman who withstood the changes in her life circumstances. As woman we often facilitate not only our own lives but also those of the people around us and amidst all this we change from being daughters, to independent members of society, to wives and homemakers, to mothers and community workers or helpers, to grandmothers; from child to hormonal teenager, from lover to housekeeper, from free spirit to worrier and all the while keeping a steady heart and haven for those who desire it. |

I strive to create meaningful art that reflect my background and speak on the various virtues and challenges of the human condition, to enrich the viewers experience of life. I believe that there should be no end to an artists education or experimentation as long as the work reflect contemplation and is ultimately professionally finished and presented.“ We strive to be masters of our craft…” Price Range US$ 95-273 Exhibitions In 2008 I exhibited in the Crow Gallery in Templebar in Dublin with Slua Nua. The Exhibition was named Woman’s Identity and we were then invited to Exhibit in the Abeylix Library by the Louse arts officer. Woman’s Identity was a social comment in the role woman play in today’s society and asked the question, “Have woman experienced a world wide renaissance?” Education [1999-2001] [University of South Africa] [Pretoria, South Afric People who chose Helena's work also chose work by: Find other:
