About "Waking Up in Oumie's House" This Work was inspired by the many days I woke up in my Nanna's house and the overwhelming sense of security I expreinced there. I remember the smells, the food, every corner of the house and wish for every child to experience the sense of belonging I was privaleged to. Thank you Nanna. |

I strive to create meaningful art that reflect my background and speak on the various virtues and challenges of the human condition, to enrich the viewers experience of life. I believe that there should be no end to an artists education or experimentation as long as the work reflect contemplation and is ultimately professionally finished and presented.“ We strive to be masters of our craft…” Price Range US$ 95-273 Exhibitions In 2008 I exhibited in the Crow Gallery in Templebar in Dublin with Slua Nua. The Exhibition was named Woman’s Identity and we were then invited to Exhibit in the Abeylix Library by the Louse arts officer. Woman’s Identity was a social comment in the role woman play in today’s society and asked the question, “Have woman experienced a world wide renaissance?” Education [1999-2001] [University of South Africa] [Pretoria, South Afric People who chose Helena's work also chose work by: Find other:
