About Reynel

I am a mainly selftaught artist from a small fishing village at the West Coast of South Africa.

I started my artistic journey with ceramics and eventually taught ceramics made by hand as well as the painting thereof.

At a later stage I trained as a chef and suger art became the way I expressed my reativity.

I started drawing in graphite and charcoal eleven years ago and over the years also worked in watercolour, acrylics and oils.

I am inspired by all things beautiful and delicate and as of 2010 I was so blessed to be able to spend all day drawing and painting.

My life is enriched by husband and my family, especially my granddaughter Carly (5) and kitty Ava.
