The fossilised red dunes of the Namib are fascinating. The Namib is the oldest desert in the world. It was the reddish orange colours that inspired me.

About Viv

Nature is my inspiration. I respond to the landscape of the Western Cape, the mountains of the Western Cape, the Karoo,the Eastern Cape and the Overberg.I love trees, especially those of the Western Cape.The deserts and landscape of Namibia is also an inspiration.
