I love a challenge and am always planning the next project. Love to learn new techniques and am on a never-ending mission to produce art in any form. I have painted as far back as I can remember. I had a successful Pottery Studio in Richards Bay for 20 years, during which time I was commissioned to do many large murals. Am also very involved with Quilting which has become a recognized form of art and I have had the pleasure of teaching quilting skills to many women in Richards Bay. We moved to Kini Bay, Eastern Cape 2 years ago and since then the wonderful sea view has become my main inspiration. How can one see such beauty every day and not paint? I feel like the luckiest person alive and hope that my paintings can bring joy to other people somehow. Price Range US$ 135-242 Exhibitions 2021 SAQG National Quilt Festival, Stellenbosch, Western Cape People who chose Joy's work also chose work by: Find other: |
