I live in Johannesburg, South Africa. I have been painting seriously for the last 3 years but have always been involved in the world of art and crafts. I use mostly oils as a medium as it keeps on amazing me as to its endless possibilities which it brings to my paintings. I am influenced by the beauty of Africa and its people, its richness in colours, the simplicity of it all. I am also fascinated by people, the perfection and living symmetry of the human body, especially children and the inevitable mystery of future form and human characteristics which will bond with their life experience.
