About "The Huntress"

An allegorical work in three chapters as time elapses from foreground through middle-ground and the background.

In the fore, the huntress, at home in her habitat, has felled her prey. The woman has her man. The male succumbs to her allure.

In the middle, a relationship beckons, perhaps marriage, complete with fairy tale arches, flowers and gowns.

In the future, the trials and tribulations of relationships rage. Most marriages fail, very few relationships last, our new roles due not suit old fashioned notions of love.

Perhaps society needs to relook relationships for a modern era? Strip away the vestiges of paternalistic rituals, family structures and notions.
