About "Left Breast"

... based on a dream ... the garden at our house, but in the dream the rail was on the left hand side, not the right as it is in the material world .... exposed LEFT breast, holding the rail with her LEFT hand, the rail on the LEFT hand side ... must be something to do with left .... left as a symbol for the unconscious and how it can be a nurturing force?
