Reference EAS0012 About "Cape Cottage Gamkaskloof" I lived in Prince Albert in the Karoo, Gamkaskloof was a secluded valley with a terrifying road leading to it. I often had to go there to buy sheep and goats and painted this en situ, first with watercolours and then in my studio with oils. It was a difficult painting with strange colours to contend with. I hope I did it justice. |
