About "Gentle Seduction"

I purchased a book at a local store one day because the colours of the book appealed to me. Inside I saw some pictures which I later discovered is used on the bottling of Juno wines. I absolutely adore the women portrayed in the pictures and derived my inspiration from just that. So go ahead enjoy with me the gentle seduction portrayed in this painting, May she bring you the same joy I experienced when I painted it.

About Rina

The world is a canvas - paint on! This is the words my parents always said when I did not know what to do with myself. I am a born and bred South African, This land and its inhabitants is what inspired me most. I consider myself so blessed to live in a country with a rainbow of cultures.

I studied psychology after I matriculated. I however found myself embedded in the corporate world most of my working life.
I treasure various forms of art; I love sketching, painting, handcraft and many other art craft. In painting I treasure humankind. I love portraits of people but also nature.

I love warmth and tend to dramatise in my artwork. This is so because I love life. I am here for the giving and wish to share my paintings with you so that one day when I am gone, a piece of me is left behind as witness to my being on earth.
