I grew up in a house full of beautiful art that was collected by my family over many years and in return inspired me from a young age. I have been interested in art and indeed had an artistic eye since I can remember. At school I excelled in art, but I was never formally trained. After school I went on to university, but rarely had time to pursue my passion of art. A number of years later in 2006 I started painting again and was most surprised to see how my style had changed and matured. I am mostly inspired by everything old with sentimental character and my passion for food, fashion & decor is evident in my art as well.
