About "Humankind Ego"

Humankind and our impact on this Planet....The world in flames is attached to the head of this figure via a spoke, so its rotation hub is the human ego. Our attitude is such, and we are blind to the mess we making, therefore proudly adorn a crown of Burning Matches, linking us directly to the act.The human Ego is so strong we carve our likeness in stone and pretend all is OK. Is this how the future generation will see us?
