About "I Can't Afford to Keep You" A friend made me conscious of the similarity in colour and style of this piece to David Hockney's the Splash The woman in the pic was lining up at a feeding scheme and she had to give up her dog because she could'nt afford to feed it as well.Its interesting though that the colours and style relate to Hockney but how opposite the themes are!This is a signed limited edition art print of 50. |
