About "Lifted"

Our emotions are truly fascinating and also temporary, yet sometimes very unpredictable. We feel sometimes stuck in a moment of doubt and uncertainty, fear of the unknown and yet one thing i learnt to always keep in mind is that 'everything' is temporary... We always come out stronger and wiser: that is the phase in my life i was trying to understand when this was created.
