About "Lioness Walking" We watched this lioness for hours at a watering hole in Etosha. She sat on the edge of the pan for what seemed like an eternity, waiting patiently for a large bull elephant to finish drinking at the tiny water hole. It was very special watching this muscled powerful animal wait for this elephant to finish. She was so skittish of his every movemont. This shot I painted of was when he finally backed off and she strode warily to the water. |
