About "Maasai Woman"

The elegance regal appearance of the maasai people of East Africa. My main inspiration when painting this maasai woman was the stricking facial expression she bears. To me it says so much. It could be that the seemingly serious expression is due to the hot scotching climate so typical of their environs or it could be she was just not having a good day. I will leave that to you ! Viewers.
