This is a unique restaurant on the beach at Lamberts Bay, on the West Coast. It is constructed of bushes growing in the region. One literally sits on the beach, eating with your hands and using a mussel shell as a spoon.
About Susan Traut
I love anything related to nature; something that is quiet, harmonious and beautiful. Sometimes I need to break out of the mould, though, and I create a piece that is thought-provoking. I prefer not to explain the thought, as I feel that each person should make up his own mind. If it makes people think, that is good enough for me.
