I live in Mohlakeng (West of Johannesburg). I developed a love for art at an early age: I grew up in a community that did not have Fine Artists but sign writers; this inspired and encouraged me to become a Fine Artist. I started drawing under my grandmother's supervision (PBUH) whom could not draw or paint but she had ideas. After Matric, I studied Visual Arts at FUBA school of Dramatic and Visual Arts for a year, then studied Fine Arts at University of Johannesburg for 3yrs. Thereafter, I worked as a freelance mural painter travelling in and around Johannesburg - I painted private and corporate murals.
