About "Polish Landscape" This is a painting of a Polish landscape, a scene from a distant past, a past I no longer remember but feel in my blood. I immigrated to South Africa at an early age with my parents. I haven’t been to Poland since but in the last few years I have felt a yearning to get in touch with this country which fills my mind with broken images. Through my Polish landscape paintings I hope to get closer to Poland in the only way I know how, until the day I finally set foot in the country of my birth. |
