About Kevin
KEVIN FRASER
Grew up in a family surrounded by the arts, with support from his grandmother, the renowned Landscape Water Colourist V.M. FitzRoy
He studied Art with Henry Simmonds at Rondebosch Boys High in the late 1980s and went on to study Graphic Art at the Cape Technikon under names such as Leon Vermeulen` and Angela Ferreira, amongst othersAfter some years as a mural artist around South Africa, London, Scotland and the USA, and while continuing to develop his technique in oil painting with private commissions, he also practices as a free-lance scenic artist in the film industry, on commercial films and international feature film sets
He has exhibited on the West Coast and is a regular exhibitor for the West Coast Art Festival. He is married with a growing family and resides between Wellington in the Western Cape and Ireland
