About "Seasons"

Seasons sold through the Quirky Country Gallery in Greyton. I wanted to paint a figure of a woman in dappled sunlight. As I was sketching, a face appeared that reminded me of my daughter-in-law. I imagined her enjoying a glorious summer. It is an oil on canvas.

About Liane

I love standing in front of my canvas... here my oil paints blossom into figures and shapes. It's a magical experience for me as I never know how my painting will turn out in the end. I concentrate on figurative art. My last commissioned work was for SunInternational when I painted some large paintings for their VIP Lounge at Carnival City in Brakpan, South Africa.
