About Anita

Anita began painting at a young age. Shes been painting professionally for many years and does numerous commission pieces per year and paints a wide range of subjects. She prefers to paint landscape scenes from the Mpumalanga Highveld and scenes of street vendors as seen all over South Africa. She also gives art classes and day workshops.She is the founder of the very successful annual group exhibition of the work of 20 artists in Ermelo, Mapumalanga. A member of the Ermelo and Pretoia Art Assosiatons.Recently Anita and her daughter Sarita Gous began painting together from the same studio.Mother and daughter enjoys painting and exhibiting together.
