About "South African Collage"

This painting was based on a cover for a Journal that I was working on for South Africa. I have tried to include some of the images that evoke our South African Heritage. The peacock was added to add some of the colour and spirit of our rainbow nation.

I studied Fine Arts for 4 years at the Natal Technikon, where I majored in Painting and Photography. I find myself drawn mainly to landscapes, and work in a wide range of medium. I work as a graphic and website designer.
