Reference wave bottles About "Standing Waves (each)" I have been experimenting with this ceramic form for a few years. This particular form and its colours was inspired by the sea and watching waves. I like to test the limits of the clay;drawing the clay upward into a standing shape. I enjoy the fragility of the extended form; one can feel the tension of a wave at its peak about to break! The waves are made in reverse and two standing together criss-cross visually. |
