About "Still Life Foil"

I wanted to paint a realistic still life with red apples on aluminum foil,to show the reflection on the foil. I wanted to do something different than the usual still life, and the reflection on the foil was a challenge to paint.I love this painting and it was worth the effort.

About Stefan

I am a self taught artist. Drawing since childhood I developed a passion for painting landscapes, seascapes, still life's and portraits using oil and acrylic.
I won the Centurion Artist of the Year Competition in 2003 and 2004 and as a member took part in various group exhibitions held by the Centurion Art Association and a group exhibition titled UNFRAMED at Tina Skukan Gallery in Pretoria.
I have been painting full time since 1999 doing commission work.
