Reference RB46 About "Sunset" This artist has a desire and constant mission to create a style of painting which is uniquely his. He believes that a signature style is very important, particularly when subject matter is so readily shared by so many different artists. He works with the palette knife and brush, primarily in oil paint. He enjoys applying the paint in very thick impasto. Every day is an opportunity to hone his skills and he hopes that he will never stop learning and improving on the techniques that he has thus far employed. His chosen subjects vary greatly but he has a particular love of landscape and street scene painting. He enjoys dramatic skies and believes that the cloudscape is the landscape painter's excuse for abstract. |
