Art is seeing, and in my 30 odd years experience I've learned to truly see, to distinguish how textures effect lighting and colour, how lighting effects all that we gaze upon...
Most important is to give a painting life, and movement though static in essence, the work should set the viewer's imagination into perpetual motion...
