Reference EAS0038 About "The Herd on the Way to Drink" I sketch this at a waterhole in the Kruger National Park, a breeding herd going down to water to drink. Although I love elephants, I am also scared of them. I was parked watching other game coming down to drink, I was alone in the car, and suddenly the elephants were right next to me, passing by without even a glance in my direction. I got some photographs which I used as reference to support the watercolour sketches I made. |
