About "The Journey (of Discovery)"
Society likes to put us in little boxes. And most people like being in them. The box represents: society/other peoples’ expectations for us, our own expectations, our comfort zone, narrow-mindedness, brainwashing, ‘own little world’ etc. But only once we decide to leave our “comfort zone”, we realize the beauty of life outside of the box. And when we look back at ourselves from a new perspective (in this image “from the stars”) we realize that we are made of stars. (In other words; we carry the same beauty and responsibility to shine and be free; “to infinity and beyond”)

About Melany
WHAT HER WORK IS ABOUT:
In her latest works she has been dealing with different aspects of a journey, (namely the physical, mental, spiritual aspects).
She is currently working on a new series of works dealing with the technological journey towards Trans-humanism, and the age of so called “spiritual machines”
