About "Thesen Isle"
Thesen Isle in Knysna, Western Cape.
Inspired by a holiday in 2007, in Knysna visiting my father who is also an artist.
The most miraculous views are seen from the dock of Sir Rocco overlooking a section of houses on Thesen Isle.
Instead of just an ordinary fine art view, majority of the concept was changed with lineary structures still maintaining the flow and the landscape was redefined in an abstract form into something different.

About Emirita
Painting for me is the eloquent flow of brushstrokes in paint gliding over canvas portraying decadent splendor in an almost tangible uniqueness that one can not easily bestow elsewhere.
My inspiration stems from visions, graphic imagery in my dreams even though absurd and somewhat Salvador Dali, the world around me in a kaleidoscope of aspects.
I have an array of stimuli in my exterior world and internally that I get inspiration from.
I work in a variety of mediums and have skills and techniques that are adaptive and customized to suit whatever need be portrayed. I am not limited.
Art is written in my DNA, it is my passion,my God given talent and skill, it flows from within.
Without God it would only be blank canvas.
I am open to commissions in Oil, Watercolour, Sketches and Mosaiic in paper.
