I live near a river with willow trees along the banks and have always loved the different patterns created by the branches and leaves touching the water surface, which is ever changing according to the weather.

I am inspired by Nature in all her forms,the subject matter varying between human and animal portraiture, land and seascapes, the local flora and birdlife around my home, based in Cape Town. I love walking with my camera, and use my own reference material as far as possible.
