About Rebecca
Most of my work is based in the natural world... plants, animals, trees, etc... this is because I have been influenced by my environment which has been predominantly away from the city.. in the bush. I am very aware of the seasons and how it effects the flora and fauna, the habits of birds and insects, and how the light looks different at different times of the year, and the day. Colour is very important to me, (especially blue!). Form and line have to be practised, and observed, but not necessarily religiously followed.
