About Karen
Karen is an Inspirational Artist born in England.
The Art journey began when living in Sweden where both her daughter's were born.Sketching & inspired by nature linking with trees,flowers & skies.
Moving to Cape Town in 2000,new subjects & painting in acrylic began, with bursts of colour from the colourful africans & sun inspired nature.
Karen still prefers to sketch or paint outdoors & hopes to inspire more artists to follow this journey.
The art flows from the soul when connected,to produce truly inspirational art.
Blessed with a glorious view of the mountain range adds to the excitement of living in South Africa & continuing the art journey.
Holding various exhibitions from own gallery & excited to progress to other galleries both in Cape Town & overseas now entering my 50's it's time for a wonderful shift.
