About Alison

Began my career as a Graphic Artist in 1980 .Worked in the printing business for two years and then moved on to advertising. I have taught art on an off throughout the years and held 3 exhibitions during the Ficksburg Cherry Festival for three consecutive years, together with my students at the time. My main love is painting in oils and covers a wide range of subjects and abstract designs. Currently I am holding art workshops weekly in Ficksburg where I aim to engender a love of colour, texture and painting .Commissions welcome.
