About Tshepo

Tshepo Sibeko is the first child of well known artist Peter Sibeko. He started drawing on the street pavements when he was fifteen years old and was encouraged by his father to develop his talent. Soon, his paintings began to sell very well and he is now a full time professional artist sought after by collectors namely Corletta King (wife of Dr Martin Luther King) and galleries such as Botswana Museum and Monument Art Gallery and Art Now International to name a few.

His works depict township scenes, musicians, mine workers and so forth. His main media include pastels, watercolours, oils, acrylic, pen and ink.

Since 1994, Tshepo Sibeko has participated in numerous group exhibitions.
