About "Arum Gold & Red"

Arum Lilies have to be one of my favourite flowers, especially seeing them blooming randomly at the roadside and in the fields of The Western Cape in spring time. It really is a special treat!

Here I have taken a more contemporary approach and also included metallic gold.

About Diane

Diane was born in England and trained as a textile designer at Loughborough College of Art and Design. She immigrated to South Africa in the early 1980’s and has lived in Milnerton, Cape Town, South Africa for many years.

She paints in acrylics and also has a keen interest in photography. Most of her inspiration for her art work is taken from living in this beautiful part of the world.
