I live by the ocean and overlook it from my home. The sea changes from second to second. The colours change, the movement changes. The time of the day is reflected in the water where the setting sun catches the breaking waves.

About Avril

I have always been interested in art and creative projects. I have been painting full-time for the past 7 years.
Exhibitions I have participated in have been in Scottburgh, Amanzimtoti and Durban.
I paint a variety of subjects, mostly with a South African theme, or anything that sparks my interest. My work is in a glazed transparent oil style.
People from the UK, Belgium,Switzerland, Holland and Australia and S.A. have purchased my work.
My desire is for my art to give a sense of pleasure, peace and serenity to those that view it.
