I love old deserted buildings. Looking through a window to the mysteries beyond are almost intensified by the fact the the building is deserted and in ruins. Who lived here, were they happy? Did they stand in this very spot, pondering life?

I love the dicipline of pencil. I just love old and deserted buildings. My greatest inspiration is Edward Hopper. I love the mysteries one can imagine by walking through a deserted building, the lives that passed through, the business that went on. And i also feel it's important to record the old buildings, one day they'll just be a pile of bricks.
