Reference Abstract_p_1 About "Light" Abstract painting is subject-less and so the focus is on the medium itself. I have been working in pencilfor many years and have come to know it well. I have used pencil (hard and soft), charcoal and graphite to explore different lines, shapes and textures. When I stepped back from the drawing it looked as if sunlight was coming out and so I named the it "Light". The black mount dramatises the picture and the silvery brass frame adds the finishing touch. |
