About "Nguni Bull"

The Eastern Cape is where one encounters the Nguni cows on the beach. They roam freely there, wading in the shallows. The Wild coast of the Transkei is home to them too. They are proud, calm and beautiful creatures, with spectacular and unusual colouring. I wanted to capture the memory of my time on the beaches in the Wild coast and the Nguni were the inspiration for that memory.

About Viv

Nature is my inspiration. I respond to the landscape of the Western Cape, the mountains of the Western Cape, the Karoo,the Eastern Cape and the Overberg.I love trees, especially those of the Western Cape.The deserts and landscape of Namibia is also an inspiration.
