This is a self portrait of me doing what I love to do most - painting. It is about all the fun things there are to do in the city of Johannesburg & is part of a theme called 'Have City, Will Play".

What inspires me as an artist? The list is long. Inspiration can strike anywhere, at any time... and it does! It can come in the guise of an abstract subject, the likes of thought, emotion & philosophy. It can appear in nature, in voice or the written word. Other artists & art forms also inspire me.
There is so much I want to express to the world through my art; but whatever it is I'm expressing, it comes from my heart. Each artwork I produce is a part of me.
