Reference Photograph About "The Different One" This portrait was inspired by the Korean students I taught at Pyeongtaek Elementary School in South Korea. The "bang" fringe they wear is a specific characteristic of their school image. Korean people like to move together in groups and they usually conform to the popular style of the moment. But once you get to know the individuals you realize how special and different the personality and ideas of each one is. Korean people have truly magic personalities and their joy is found in the simplistic beauty of family, friendship and nature. |
