As I was preparing the paper for a portrait, this face emerged before I could decide on the subject. It was a visitor in my studio. Eerie, spiritual, benign, from another realm.

About Marloe

I took a few years off painting to design and develop my house and farm in the mountains, and to sit in quiet contemplation of all the beauty that is around me. Now the flame of creativity is burning once again.
My paintings are born through meditation, music, movement and song, and when we let that energy flow, I feel we access the heart of creation that much more deeply. In my paintings I put colour to emotions, movement and sounds and give them form. Colour that vibrates and heals.
At times faces appear unplanned and an intense connection is felt with the energies around me. I paint that which moves me within.
Spirit is my muse.
