About Cassandra

Essentially what I try to do when painting, is to capture a fleeting yet clear impression of the mood a scene - whether a landscape or a still life - evokes in me, thereby hoping to share this experience with another.
I work primarily in oils but find acrylics an interesting medium to work in as it forces one into a more uninhibited style than when working in oils.
