About Deidre

Art is a wonderful way for me to express my feelings and emotions.
Having the privilege of learning palette knife skills from friend, teacher and artist Fanie Smit I now concentrate on mastering the palette knife and challenge my creativity in painting mainly seascapes.
My aim is to touch each person who see's my art in some small way and hope that it brings them a moment of joy!
Art gives people a voice, a path to heal, or simply a way to create.
