About Ivan

I only discovered late in life that I have talent as an Artist. I am a self taught artist although I have gone for a few art lessons by different artists. The sea has been my inspiration and I love to do Seascapes although I also do other paintings. I used to live by the sea and have recently moved to Ladismith in the Cape province, where the mountains and vast open spaces are inspiring me.

I exhibited with the West Coast artists guild at the Vredenburg Mall on two occasions as well as a few occasions at the permanent exhibition at the Paternoster Hotel.
